We're hiring: Brand Manager (FMCG) (Non-Food)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned food brands to achieve sales, market share, profitability, and brand equity objectives in line with the company's strategic direction.
- Develop and execute annual brand plans, including portfolio strategy, product positioning, communication planning, pricing strategy, and promotional activities to drive sustainable business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, consumer insights, and category performance to identify business opportunities, strengthen competitive positioning, and expand market penetration.
- Own and manage the P&L of assigned brands, including budget planning, forecasting, marketing investment allocation, and performance tracking to maximize return on investment.
- Collaborate closely with distributors, sales teams, and trade marketing functions to develop effective go-to-market strategies across Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, and E-Commerce channels.
- Partner with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and manufacturing teams to lead new product development, product renovation, packaging improvements, and successful product launches.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies across ATL, BTL, Digital, social media, PR, and in-store activation to strengthen brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Monitor sales performance, campaign effectiveness, market share, and consumer response, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive commercial decisions and future growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, agency partners, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and business alignment.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to build organizational capability, enhance performance, and support succession planning.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, Category Management, or Commercial Marketing within the FMCG industry, preferably in non-food categories such as household products, personal care, home care, baby care, consumer goods, or lifestyle products.
- Proven experience managing brands across Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, and E-Commerce channels.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, category management, product lifecycle management, and brand-building principles.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Development, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and external agency partners.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data and consumer insights into actionable business strategies.
- Proven experience in new product development, product launches, portfolio optimization, and innovation management.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
