We're hiring: Assistant Brand Manager (Cosmetics)

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Brand Manager in driving end-to-end brand management for BSC Cosmetics, from New Product Development (NPD) to go-to-market execution.
  • Coordinate closely with R&D, Manufacturing, and Packaging teams to ensure timely product development, formula finalization, regulatory compliance, and production readiness.
  • Assist in developing annual brand plans covering product launches, communication strategy, promotional calendar, and sales targets.
  • Support NPD process including concept validation, competitive benchmarking, pricing analysis, margin calculation, and launch timeline coordination.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to monitor production schedules, demand forecasting, stock availability, and replenishment planning.
  • Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure strong execution of new launches, in-store promotions, and campaign roll-outs across all channels.
  • Monitor weekly and monthly sales performance by SKU, category, and channel; analyze sell-through, stock aging, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Support development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns including ATL, BTL, digital marketing, influencer collaboration, and in-store activation.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies and internal marketing shared services to ensure brand consistency and timely campaign delivery.
  • Conduct competitor analysis including pricing, product claims, packaging innovation, and communication strategy to identify market opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing brand performance reports, sales dashboards, and business reviews for management meetings.
  • Support budget tracking, PR management, invoice coordination, and marketing expense control to ensure cost discipline.
  • Gather consumer insights and field feedback to support product improvement and future NPD initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in brand management or marketing within cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, or personal care industries.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, production/manufacturing, and sales teams.
  • Understanding of product development cycle, cost structure, and margin calculation.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Experience in campaign execution and agency coordination.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple product launches simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Thai; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Passion for cosmetics, beauty innovation, and consumer trends.
