We're hiring: Asst. Brand Manager (Brand & Digital Marketing)

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand Manager/Director in developing annual brand plans, commercial strategies, and seasonal business roadmaps for both menswear and womenswear.
  • Consolidate insights from sales, merchandising, retail, and e-commerce to inform brand direction and product decisions.
  • Prepare business reviews, brand performance reports, competitor benchmarking, and key analysis presentations.
  • Prepare buy plans and assortment proposals aligned with OTB, sales forecasts, and channel needs while ensuring pricing and costing support margin targets.
  • Review FOB, MOQs, cost sheets, and yield efficiencies for both imported and in-house products to ensure profitability and compliance with global pricing guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory health, sell-through, size curves, and replenishment needs across channels; recommend reorders, transfers, RTV, and clearance actions to optimize stock productivity.
  • Identify overstock/understock risks, propose corrective actions, and support seasonal allocation and channel-specific assortment planning to ensure product availability.
  • Lead execution of digital-first campaigns, ensuring alignment across Facebook, IG, TikTok, LINE OA, and marketplace assets.
  • Work with marketing shared services to produce high-performing creatives, product videos, PDP content, and social media visuals.
  • Analyze campaign metrics (CTR, conversion, ROAS, engagement, reach) to propose improvements and new initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the e-commerce team to align product drops, pricing mechanics, and mega campaign calendars.
  • Ensure seamless integration between online/offline campaigns to build a unified omnichannel brand experience.
  • Support 360 campaigns covering digital, PR, OOH, retail activation, visual merchandising, and influencer/KOL activity.
  • Prepare campaign calendars, asset lists, creative briefs, and ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal creative teams to ensure brand consistency and quality.
  • Ensure retail stores and online platforms execute campaigns correctlyvisual guidelines, pricing, display, and assortment.
  • Prepare training materials, product notes, and launch guidelines for retail and e-commerce teams.
  • Monitor PDP content, online product accuracy, and digital shelf competitiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, Digital Commerce, or related fields.
  • 35 years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, merchandising, or apparel retail.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, paid media, social campaigns, and basic performance metrics.
  • Experience in fashion retail, licensed brands, or production-based environments is an advantage.
  • Solid analytical and Excel skills; able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Fluent in Thai with business-level English (coordination with global brand principals).
  • Passion for fashion, brand-building, and emerging digital trends.
