We're hiring: Assistant Brand Manager (Buyer)

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand Manager in planning and executing the seasonal buying process (12 seasons in advance).
  • Coordinate with the regional licensor on order forms, product line-ups, and pricing confirmations.
  • Track delivery schedules, stock arrivals, and product readiness for seasonal launches.
  • Liaise with the merchandising and allocation teams to manage stock rotation, markdowns, and sell-through rates.
  • Assist in implementing 360 marketing campaigns (advertising, digital, PR, and in-store activations).
  • Coordinate with marketing shared services, creative agencies, and event partners to ensure brand alignment.
  • Prepare campaign calendars, manage marketing assets, and ensure timely execution of brand initiatives.
  • Support influencer and media collaborations according to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor weekly sales performance, product ranking, and inventory health by channel.
  • Conduct competitor analysis (pricing, assortment, communication) to inform brand strategy.
  • Prepare brand performance reports, dashboard updates, and business reviews for management.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Retail, E-commerce, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations from stock planning to sales execution.
  • Coordinate with store teams to ensure retail execution reflects brand standards and campaign visuals.
  • Provide input to the Brand Manager on merchandising performance, customer feedback, and local market insights.
  • Manage purchase requisitions, invoice tracking, and budget updates for brand activities.
  • Support documentation and compliance for brand licensing requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to internal brand approval and reporting procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in brand management, merchandising, or fashion marketing (premium/luxury segment preferred).
  • Strong commercial understanding of licensed brand operations (buying cycles, forecasting, and inventory management).
  • Good analytical and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-department collaboration.
  • Experience in marketing campaign execution and agency coordination.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Passion for premium men's fashion and attention to brand detail.
