Assistant Brand & Marketing Manager (Singapore)

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Thailand-based Assistant Brand & Marketing Manager to support our Consumer Healthcare Business in Singapore. This role will manage brand and marketing activities across online and offline channels, including digital campaigns, e-commerce, in-store activities, and product launches, working closely with local and regional teams. The role may involve occasional travel to Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute brand and marketing campaigns across online and offline channels in line with brand direction
• Coordinate with agencies to ensure plans are aligned and KPIs are met
• Support offline brand visibility and in-store marketing activities
• Own and manage the marketing budget, including ROI tracking
• Lead and coordinate new product launches from planning to market execution
• Provide product training to internal teams and retail partners when required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 35 years of experience in marketing or brand support roles (personal care, beauty, haircare, supplements, or nutrition categories)
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing and new product launches
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Result-oriented and a team player
• Ability to collaborate across teams and with agencies
