We are hiring a Campaign Assistant Manager to support and execute lifecycle and retention campaigns across the Thailand market or broader APAC region. This role focuses on strengthening customer engagement throughout the lifecycle by optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance, and leveraging market insights.
You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to improve retention, engagement effectiveness, and overall campaign execution quality across regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize endtoend customer journeys, from onboarding to longterm engagement, with measurable performance improvements
- Drive monthly customer retention through personalized and targeted engagement strategies
- Improve engagement metrics
- Monitor market, competitor, and customer trends across Thailand and/or APAC, translating insights into actionable improvements
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to continuously enhance lifecycle effectiveness

- 46 years of experience in Campaign Management, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or related roles within Digital or fastpaced digital industries
- Fluency in Thai and English (spoken and written) for Thailandfocused roles; strong English proficiency required for regional APAC roles
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign, lifecycle, and customer data
