The Financial Products & Services team at LINE MAN Wongnai connects financially underserved customers on our platform, from small business merchants to delivery riders, with a span of offerings - Buy now Pay Later, Lending, Insurance, and more yet to come. With the power of a large-scale ecosystem, data and technology, the in-house Fintech team helps Thai people live better and be more financially inclusive with uniquely innovative products and access to digital finance.

As a Category Manager, you will own the end-to-end performance of your assigned categories. You will be responsible for driving growth, optimizing assortment, improving commercial terms, fore-commerce and financial service arm. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, negotiation capability, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment

What You'll Do:

Category Strategy & Growth

  • Drive category performance through strategic planning to achieve GMV, revenue, and user growth
  • Define assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to meet business KPIs
  • Identify new opportunities, trends, and category gaps to unlock growth

Seller & Partner Management

  • Build strong commercial partnerships with key sellers, distributors, and brands
  • Negotiate terms, campaigns, and exclusive deals to strengthen category competitiveness
  • Expand assortment by onboarding high-quality sellers and partners

Campaign & Merchandising

  • Lead end-to-end execution of category campaigns and key platform events
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to maximize traffic and conversion
  • Improve category storefront, product listings, and on-site merchandising

Data & Performance Management

  • Track and analyze business performance (GMV, orders, pricing, conversion, supply health)
  • Identify insights, diagnose issues, and recommend actions to drive results
  • Prepare business reviews and performance reports for management

Operations & Execution

  • Ensure smooth daily operations, including stock, fulfillment, and seller quality
  • Resolve operational issues quickly through cross-functional coordination
  • Maintain high execution standards and attention to detail across all activities

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
  • 2-3 years experiences in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, or category management preferred
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable with data and spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • High ownership mindset, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
