Job Description
Oversee daily engineering operations, ensuring all facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained at the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and functionality.
Support the Senior Chief Engineer in developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans, optimizing energy consumption, and controlling repair/maintenance costs.
Lead, mentor, and train the engineering team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within engineering or maintenance, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
Strong understanding of engineering operations, including preventive maintenance, energy management, and safety & compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to motivate, train, and develop a technical team.
