We are looking for an Assistant Creative Director to support the Creative Director in developing and executing creative concepts for brand activation, events, retail experiences, and spatial design projects.
Support the Creative Director in driving creative direction, ensuring high-quality execution, brand consistency, and seamless delivery from concept development to on-site implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and presentation materials for brand activation, event, and retail projects
- Lead and guide designers in translating ideas into impactful customer experiences
- Collaborate with strategy, design, account service, production teams, and external partners
- Ensure creative quality across key visuals, retail communication, display design, and event environments
- Support end-to-end project execution from ideation to production and on-site delivery
- Stay updated on trends in consumer experience, retail, and experiential marketing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Creative, Brand Experience, Event, Retail Design, or related fields
- Strong conceptual thinking and presentation skills
- Experience managing designers and cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of retail, spatial design, and customer experience (preferred)
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
