About the role:
Assistant CRM & Events Manager based in Bangkok, Thailand. You will define and execute CRM strategy across acquisition, onboarding, and retention, while building strong relationships with VICs and high-value clients through personalized luxury service. You will identify and recruit high-potential clients, develop client retention strategies, and lead end-to-end event experiences to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy
- Define and continuously refine the CRM strategy across acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VICs and high-value clients through personalized luxury service.
- Set and execute clear, specific plans for acquiring new clients.
- Own the client segmentation and lifecycle framework, and make sure every client has a clear next step.
Client Development & Acquisition
- Identify and recruit high-potential clients, cultivating relationships through exclusive events, private appointments, and personalized outreach.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance client retention, ensuring a high level of engagement and loyalty.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to attract ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) and affluent clients.
- Work closely with boutique team and Brand Manager to create bespoke experiences tailored to high-end clientele.
Client Segmentation & Data Analysis
- Utilize and manage CRM reports and tools to maintain an updated and segmented client database for targeted outreach and clientele activities.
- Monitor key clienteling KPIs and recommend action plans to improve business results.
- Analyze client data and CRM insights to identify business opportunities and improve client performance.
- Train and coach the boutique team on clienteling standards: how to open a relationship, what to note after every appointment, how to follow up without over-reaching.
Retail Events
- Run outreach, private appointment invitations, and follow-up sequences.
- Lead Partnership & VIC event experiences from end-to-end, to strengthen relationships and drive sales.
- Partner with boutique teams to drive client engagement, appointments, and client tier development.
- Collaborate with Boutique, Operations, and Brand Manager teams to support client-focused initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM and Client Events experience in a luxury brand.
- Experience working inside a luxury retail or fashion CRM function, ideally boutique-facing.
- Understanding of how clienteling happens on the floor.
- Strategic thinker who can build a clear client acquisition plan and draft outreach messages.
- Experience leading projects from concept through to execution and measurable results.
- Discreet and relationship-oriented.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
