Job Summary
• We are seeking a high-impact Assistant Director, Strategy to:
- Driving end-to-end commercialization of the Targeted Coupon solution — a new business line currently
under development.
- Craft strategic materials for CEOs, executives and board stakeholders
• This is a hands-on, execution-driven role with direct strategic influence, cross-functional authority across
teams
• This is not a pure strategy role and not a pure business development role — it requires someone who thinks
strategically, develop presentation, and drive new business creation
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Executive Communication
• Lead the development of executive-grade materials for Board, Investor, and CP Group Top Management
meetings — ensuring outputs are decision-ready, visually compelling, and consistently on message.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic priorities — framing complex problems, pressure-testing options, and
shaping the organization's forward agenda
New Business Lead — Targeted Coupon
• Own the go-to-market strategy for the Targeted Coupon solution — pricing, revenue model, and sales
enablement infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to influence the development roadmap based on commercial
viability and market feedback.
• Drive early revenue and adoption; define and track commercial KPIs including pipeline, revenue, adoption
rate, and client retention.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Experience: 5 years in strategy, consulting, or commercial roles; top-tier consultancy or big tech background
preferred.
• Industry: Exposure to digital commerce, retail tech, AdTech, or loyalty/rewards ecosystems is an advantage.
Skills
• High ownership
• Clear ability in strategic thinking
• Excellent command of Thai and English (both written and spoken)
• Expert-level PowerPoint storytelling and Excel data analysis; data-to-narrative translation is a core strength.
• Exceptional cross-functional and stakeholder management skills across all seniority levels.
• Strong commercial instinct — understands product-market fit, sales cycles, and scalable go-to-market
execution.
• Highly self-motivated, ownership-driven, and comfortable operating with high ambiguity and pace in a fast-moving environment
