Lead and oversee engineering design and technical service activities across hotel projects and developments.
Provide technical guidance and consultation to project teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination.
Review and monitor MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) system designs for new developments, renovations, and conversion projects.
Oversee engineering projects from planning through completion.
Ensure all maintenance and engineering activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Prepare and manage engineering budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor project expenses while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely project delivery.
Support contract negotiations and service agreements with external partners.
Provide technical expertise and recommend new technologies or equipment improvements.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Prepare reports on engineering performance, project progress, budgets, and KPIs.
Support pre-opening engineering activities, including SOP implementation and training.
Participate in audits and ensure action plans are effectively completed.
Foster effective communication with internal stakeholders and external business partners.

JOB REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification in:
– Electrical Engineering
– Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 10 years of experience in hotel engineering, including leadership experience such as:
Director of Engineering
Chief Engineer
Similar management role
Experience in multi-property or cluster operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of engineering regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
Ability to analyze complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Good communication skills in English and Thai.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
