Description

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingassociate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Director of Engineering is responsible to assist the Director of Engineering in leading the hotel's engineering operations. Your role ensures the property, equipment, and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with brand standards.

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Building Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Chief Engineering or in the same level position in a large-scale and luxury hotel or resort
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a large engineering team while ensuring safety and efficiency
• Broad understanding of hotel facilities, maintenance operations, and safety standards
• Good command of English and computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, Email and general computer literacy
