The Assistant Director of Engineering supports the Director of Engineering in overseeing all aspects of the hotel's engineering and maintenance operations. This role ensures the property's facilities, systems, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering—civil, mechanical, electrical, or a related field—with a master's degree considered an advantage.
- At least 8–10 years of progressive engineering experience, including a minimum of three years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience working in the hotel or hospitality industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of engineering standards, project management methodologies, and compliance with Thai regulations is required.
- Good communicationin English
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills are essential for resolving technical and operational challenges.
