Job Description

Responsibilities

  • General Ledger Integrity: Oversee the accuracy of all ledger entries, including accruals, prepayments. For listed companies, this often involves managing complex intercompany transactions.
  • Financial Integrity & Reporting: Control the end-to-end month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes. Be responsible for the accuracy of the Statement of Income, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flows. Analyzing and resolving issues timely and efficiently
  • Accounting Policy and Memo matters: Develop the group accounting policies and the accounting memos in both Thai and English version and ensure compliance with the TFRS for PAEs accounting with the requirements of the SET/SEC.
  • ERP system knowledge: Understand the Oracle ERP systems and legacy systems that impact accounting matters such as revenue recognition, share base payment to understand the concepts of work to manage the related accounting works.
  • Public Company Compliance: Ensure all financial records comply with TFRS for PAEs. For listed entities, this includes managing and maintaining a robust internal control environment as required by SET/SEC.
  • Audit Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for external and internal auditors, providing necessary documentation and technical justifications for accounting treatments.
  • Taxation Liaison: support the related accounting documents to Tax department in order to cope with tax issues and handle tax returns from Revenue department.
  • Process Improvement: Drive digital automation by implementing an optimizing modern system (RPA, AI-assisted) to automating instead of manual accounting workflows and to enhance data accuracy.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of senior and junior accountants, ensuring professional development and meeting strict reporting deadlines.
  • Team coordinate: Interact and collaborate well with cross-functional teams, including BU, Operations, and Finance to serve the proper direction of the companies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master bachelor's degree in accounting from the top-class university required. Professional certificated i.e., CPA is an advantage
  • Minimum 8 years of accounting manager. Experience in Big 4 audit firms or public firms is highly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of TFRS for PAEs accounting standards, accounting procedure to comply with the requirements of the SET/SEC.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office skills, RPA, AI-assisted.
  • English language fluency required.
  • Ability to understand and follow complex processes and identify possible areas for improvement and automation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in organization are required.
