Manage and oversee company policies, organizational culture, attendance, benefits, welfare, and employee engagement. Handle general HR and administrative tasks.
People Development: Plan and implement employee development programs, career path planning, performance measurement, and performance evaluations.
Talent Acquisition (TA): Lead and manage the TA team to ensure effective recruitment aligned with the company's needs.
Accounting: Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure smooth collaboration with HQ and other departments on financial matters.
Multi-Country Operations: Manage HR and administrative operations across multiple countriesincluding Thailand, Laos, India, Dubai, South Africa, and othersensuring smooth execution of company policies and local compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or related roles.
Proficiency in Thai, Chinese, and English (Required).
