Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee company policies, organizational culture, attendance, benefits, welfare, and employee engagement. Handle general HR and administrative tasks.
  • People Development: Plan and implement employee development programs, career path planning, performance measurement, and performance evaluations.
  • Talent Acquisition (TA): Lead and manage the TA team to ensure effective recruitment aligned with the company's needs.
  • Accounting: Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure smooth collaboration with HQ and other departments on financial matters.
  • Multi-Country Operations: Manage HR and administrative operations across multiple countriesincluding Thailand, Laos, India, Dubai, South Africa, and othersensuring smooth execution of company policies and local compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Thai, Chinese, and English (Required).
  • Thai nationality.
