Key Responsibilities
Event setup (weekly Monday events), customer service experience, janitorial services, catering, HSE (first aid training provided by the client), PO/PR, maintenance coordination, finance, and budget management.
- 40% – Engineering Knowledge (not mandatory):
Basic understanding such as UPS and general technical management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships; conduct meetings to resolve facility issues professionally and promptly.
- Communicate with clients regarding property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, work order progress, and related reports.
- Manage and coach facilities staff to deliver high service levels within budget.
- Research and implement new processes and technology to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and recommend strategic FM objectives; review budget reports for multiple facilities.
- Establish environmental health & safety procedures (EAP, disaster recovery, business continuity, etc.).
- Conduct periodic facility inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Produce and maintain facility management reports.
- Oversee capital project management.
- Use PC/PDA for work order systems, email, ESS, and training.
- Prepare and manage departmental budget.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Candidates must have experience managing soft services; experience from a service provider is preferred.
- Engineering background is not required at this stage due to pending site expansion. If expansion is confirmed later, an engineering focused staff can be hired additionally.
- Conflict management skills.
- Ability to modernize and improve office appearance; coordination with T&T is a plus.
- Proficiency in both English and Thai (speaking, listening, reading, writing).

- Project management, change management, coordination, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Supervisory, personnel management, and contract administration experience.
