Brew Crew Opportunity
Our Global Brew Crew is seeking an Assistant Facility Manager, responsible to lead the overall Asset Management and Maintenance function. This position also tasked as the owner of Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities
1) Facility/maintenance team management
- Oversee all facility and maintenance day to day operations executed with accuracy and timely manner.
- Ensure monthly stock take for maintenance spare parts executed on monthly basis.
- Manage and ensure petty cash use properly.
- Lead and support Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs team on HALAL audit and additional request from auditor.
- Plan, organize and execute maintenance team schedule for nationwide outlet coverage.
2) Vendor Management, System & Process
- Establish a Database of vendors for repairs and services. This includes ensuring the contract and agreement are accurate, monitored and renewed in a timely manner.
- Streamlining Vendor for Maintenance, Store Touch-up and Store Reinstatement – selecting the best service provider as key vendor while keeping alternative service providers.
- Establish the right process and or, update SLA and SOPs for asset management and maintenance related tasks.
- Timely upkeep of vendor list in the system and conduct a periodic vendor performance review.
3) Outlet Opening & Outlet Reinstatement
- Key contact for Operations Team (Retail Business Support Manager (RBSM) / District Manager (DM) / Outlet Manager) on outlet opening or outlet closing coordination responsibilities.
- For outlet opening, liaise / close follow up with Project Team / Purchasing Team and Retail Business Support Manager to arrange installation of equipment by Maintenance Team.
- For reinstatement, liaise / close follow up with Project Team / Purchasing Team and Retail Business Support Manager to certify stores equipment / furniture and fixtures / to arrange dismantling equipment, before transferring to maintenance storage warehouse.
- Key liaison for work permit application, provide information to DM or RBSM.
4) Preventive Maintenance Management
- To roll out Preventive Maintenance to reduce machine breakdown maintenance cost.
- Adequate training sessions to upgrade team skills.
- Ensure periodic maintenance vehicle (van) maintenance for staff travelling safety.
5) Asset Management
- Roll out Asset Registration & Tagging, Asset Movement and Asset Depreciation tracker.
- Tracking of the equipment or machines repair service and movement and keeping stores up to date on maintenance status.
- Periodic audit on stores equipment & furniture.
6) Documentation
- Oversee Standalone PO for urgent or emergency tasks, ensuring each case is closed on time.
- Ensuring all documents and payment are complete on timely manner (PR, PO and quotation).
- Establish weekly report to provide timely status update, on store touch up and maintenance ticket.
Your Ingredients
- BA/BS degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- Experience and a solid understanding of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems in a manufacturing and distribution environment; advanced capability in balancing procurement, inventory management, and customer satisfaction within the ERP system settings
- Minimum of 5 years project management, materials management/ procurement experience with at least 3 years leadership experience
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to manage a fast-paced work environment
- Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage
