Description
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in supporting group finance operations, with a focus on consolidation, reporting, and property-related finance activities.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including group consolidation across multiple entities
- Prepare concise, insightful management reports to support business decision-making
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and Singapore statutory requirements
- Partner with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities on audit and compliance matters
- Support treasury, banking, and corporate governance-related activities
- Review tenancy agreements alongside stakeholders, ensuring commercial and financial accuracy
- Conduct tenant credit assessments and monitor financial risk exposure
- Supervise and develop junior finance team members
- Drive process improvements and support ongoing finance transformation initiatives
This is a hands-on role where you will balance operational execution with providing value-added insights to senior stakeholders.
Profile
Key Requirements
- Degree in Accounting/Finance with CA/CPA qualification
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and group consolidation
- Exposure to multi-entity consolidation (or complex BU structures)
- Prior people management or supervisory experience
- Experience within property, real estate, or investment holding environments is advantageous
- Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Ability to communicate clearly, summarise complex information, and influence stakeholders
- A self-starter with a practical mindset and confidence to contribute ideas
