West Vision Group is looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR Operations and payroll across our portfolio of premium hospitality and marine brands in Phuket. You'll work closely with the Director of Human Resources, supervising a team of HR Officers and Coordinators, and play a key role in shaping HR strategy as we grow.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage and oversee all HR administration and daily HR operations across multiple hospitality and marine business units.
● Ensure payroll, service charge, and employee benefits are processed accurately and on time.
● Supervise and develop a team of HR Officers and HR Coordinators.
● Maintain the HRIS (Business Plus), employee records, and payroll data.
● Monitor attendance, overtime, schedules, incentives, commissions, and payroll reconciliation.
● Oversee visa and work permit administration, ensuring full legal compliance.
● Manage submissions to Social Security, the Revenue Department, and the Labour Department.
● Prepare monthly HR reports, headcount reports, and workforce analytics.
● Support compensation & benefits reviews, employee documentation, and continuous HR process improvement.
● Ensure ongoing compliance with Thai Labour Law and internal company policy.
What We're Looking For
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years of HR Operations experience, including hands-on payroll administration.
● Strong working knowledge of Thai Labour Law, Social Security, payroll, and HR administration.
● Experience with Business Plus (B+) or a similar HRIS is an advantage.
● Strong leadership, analytical, and organisational skills, with experience managing a small team.
● Fluent Thai (required for statutory filings and government liaison) and good command of English.
● This role is open exclusively to Thai nationals.
