Spearhead the development and execution of the company's sustainability and ESG strategy in alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and industry requirements.
Establish and drive the corporate sustainability roadmap, governance framework, policies, and performance targets across the organization.
Oversee enterprise-wide sustainability initiatives covering environmental performance, resource efficiency, energy management, carbon reduction, responsible supply chain, and ESG reporting.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, customer requirements, and relevant sustainability standards.
Provide strategic guidance to CEO, MD on sustainability-related risks, opportunities, and long-term value creation.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, EHS, engineering, procurement, HR, finance, and other key functions to embed sustainability into core business processes.
Develop robust systems for sustainability data management, performance monitoring, and external/internal reporting.
Promote a sustainability-driven culture by building organizational awareness, accountability, and engagement at all levels.
Lead, coach, and develop the sustainability team while managing related projects, priorities, and budgets effectively.
Represent the company in sustainability matters with customers, auditors, regulators, business partners, and other external stakeholders.
Job Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Management, Engineering, Sustainability, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1015 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG, EHS, or related areas, including 5+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of ESG, sustainability principles, and relevant laws/standards
Proven ability to develop and implement sustainability strategies and enterprise-wide initiatives
Experience in ESG reporting and performance tracking
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills (Thai & English)
Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is a plus
