What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end growth initiatives for Group Order and Multiple Pick-up to drive business metrics including GMV, order and users. Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, funnel analysis, and experimentation.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, investment efficiency and translate business opportunities into hypotheses and experiment roadmaps.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing and BI/ DS teams to launch and measure experiments.
- Define success metrics, evaluate experiment results, recommend next actions.
- Deep dive into customer behavior, conversion funnels, and business performance to uncover key growth opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Operations and Data teams.
- Identify performance gaps and propose initiatives to improve adoption, engagement, and retention.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in Growth, Strategy, Consulting, Product Strategy, Business Analytics, or related roles.
- Experience in e-Commerce, Food Delivery, Marketplace, or Tech companies is preferred.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with large datasets using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Able to translate ambiguous business problems into structured action plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
