Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant HR & Admin Manager to join our

Thailand HR team. In this role, you will be responsible to support HR matters in our Thailand offices; connect with Global HR to drive strategic HR initiatives and enhance organizational efficiency by implementing innovative HR solutions, leading HR functions, optimizing administrative processes, and fostering a positive work environment to achieve company objectives, policies and regulatory requirement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Act as HR Person-in-Charge for Bangkok (GPB) and Chonburi (GPR) operations.
  • Manage and support end-to-end recruitment process for FTE and Daily Workers, including manpower requisition, sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring process.
  • Coordinate workforce planning and manpower alignment with business needs.
  • Partner with line managers on hiring and people-related matters.

2. Performance Management

  • Coordinate and monitor performance management processes (goal setting, mid-year and annual review) to ensure timely completion.
  • Support managers and employees in aligning individual goals with company objectives.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and lead employee engagement activities and company events to enhance employee experience.
  • Support the implementation of Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS), including communication, data collection, and reporting.
  • Analyze survey results and provide actionable insights to improve employee engagement and retention.

4. Training & Development

  • Coordinate annual training plan and training schedules in alignment with business requirements.
  • Support training facilitation and internal learning activities.
  • Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and DSD requirements.

5. HR Operations & Administration

  • Oversee HR administrative processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and validate HR data (attendance, OT, leave) for payroll processing.
  • Support office administration and ensure readiness for ISO audits and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., insurance, transportation, accommodation).

6. Global HR Coordination

  • Act as a key coordinator with Global HR and HR SSC.
  • Support the implementation of global HR initiatives and policies in the local context.
  • Participate in regional or global HR projects as assigned.

7. Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Thai labor law.

Requirements

1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR generalist functions.
  • Experience in manufacturing or operations environment is an advantage.
  • Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement activities.

2. HR Functional Competencies

  • Solid knowledge in HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Operations.
  • Hands-on experience in managing Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) and data analysis.
  • Understanding of Thai labour law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience in training coordination and maintaining training records (DSD knowledge is a plus).

3. Business & Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across different levels of the organization.
  • Ability to partner with line managers and support business needs effectively.
  • Good analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

4. Communication & Language

  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • TOEIC score of at least 650–750 is preferred (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Personal Attributes

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Positive attitude and strong team player mindset.
