Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting and managing key HRM functions, with primary focus on end-to-end Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, candidate management, interview coordination, selection, offer management, and onboarding.

The role also supports HRM business partnering, Employer Branding, Performance Management, HR analytics, employee data insights, and HR projects to enhance employee and candidate experience and support business objectives. The position works closely with managers and stakeholders to provide HR insights and effective HR solutions.

In addition, the role provides coaching and supervision to the HRM team, ensuring effective execution, service quality, and continuous process improvement, while supporting the HR Manager/Head of HR on assigned projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies and sourcing channels for different positions
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools for current and future hiring needs
  • Source candidates through recruitment platforms, social media, referrals, agencies, professional networks, and talent communities
  • Manage recruitment agencies, vendors, and external recruitment partners as required

2. HRM Business Support

  • Support managers in employee-related matters, workplace issues, and HR processes
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations based on employee data and organizational needs
  • Act as a liaison between employees, managers, and HR to ensure effective communication and HR service delivery

3. Employer Branding

  • Support Employer Branding strategies and initiatives through recruitment content, employee stories, workplace culture, and employee activities
  • Enhance the company's presence across recruitment platforms, social media, career websites, job fairs, universities, and talent communities
  • Initiate activities to strengthen the company's attractiveness and awareness among potential candidates

4. Performance Management

  • Support managers and employees in understanding performance management guidelines and processes
  • Coordinate performance review activities and ensure timely completion
  • Support performance improvement and employee development initiatives

5. HR Analytics & Employee Data Insights

  • Collect, maintain, and analyze employee data to support HR and management decision-making
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering key workforce indicators such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, and employee movement
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper management of employee information

6. HR Projects & Team Management

  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes, systems, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of HR processes and services
  • Coach and supervise HRM team members, providing guidance and support to ensure effective execution and service quality
  • Support the HR Manager/Head of HR in special projects and other assignments as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
  • 7–8 years of relevant working experience, preferably in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or other people-related functions
  • Candidates from other functional areas are welcome, particularly those with transferable skills in people management, stakeholder management, business support, data analysis, project management, or customer-facing roles
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience is an advantage; however, candidates with strong business understanding and people-related experience are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of HRM functions, particularly Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and HR analytics
  • Leadership capability with experience in coaching, supervising, or guiding team members
  • Flexible, adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong ownership and mature judgment
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS or recruitment systems is an advantage
