Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phuket, Thailand, for a Banquet Sous Chef. The Banquet Sous Chef will oversee and manage the preparation and presentation of high-quality food for banquet functions and events. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation standards, planning banquet menus, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless event execution and guest satisfaction.
