Assistant Integration Lead
We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA and integration platforms (SAP BTP, CPI) to drive end-to-end integration initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who can bridge business requirements with scalable technical solutions and deliver high-impact results across full-cycle implementations and RISE with SAP programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of end-to-end system integrations across SAP S/4HANA landscapes and external systems
- Define and govern integration architecture, including data exchange standards using SAP BTP and CPI
- Drive full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, from requirement gathering through go-live and post-go-live support
- Contribute to RISE with SAP initiatives, including cloud transformation and integration strategy
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources while leading cross-functional development teams
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex integration issues to ensure system stability and performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and integration
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role within SAP Integration
- Proven track record in full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects
- Experience with RISE with SAP or cloud-based transformation programs is highly preferred
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- SAP S/4HANA certification is an advantage
