Key Responsibilities
1. International Sales & Commercial Management
- Drive sales performance across assigned countries/regions to achieve revenue and gross profit targets
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with international distributors and business partners
- Lead commercial negotiations including trade terms, pricing strategies, and promotional support
- Conduct country-level P&L analysis and ensure effective budget management
- Develop sales forecasts and oversee inventory planning to align with market demand
2. International Brand Building & Market Development
- Formulate country-specific brand strategies in alignment with overall brand direction
- Analyze consumer insights and competitive landscape within each market
- Collaborate in developing new product launch strategies for international markets
- Work closely with Marketing, Digital, CRM, and PR teams to implement integrated communication plans
- Safeguard brand equity and ensure appropriate brand positioning across different markets
3. Market Expansion & New Business Development
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for expansion into new markets (e.g., APAC, CLMV, China, Middle East)
- Assess regulatory requirements, import regulations, and market entry strategies
- Develop business cases and evaluate return on investment (ROI) for new market initiatives
- Establish and optimize distribution channel strategies (Modern Trade, E-commerce, Social Commerce, Duty Free)
4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead, manage, and develop the International Business team
- Establish individual KPIs and monitor team performance against business objectives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, R&D, and Marketing teams
- Report business performance and strategic updates to the CMO and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in FMCG, Beauty, or Consumer Goods industries
- Proven experience in managing international markets
- Strong understanding of brand building and commercial strategy
- Proficiency in P&L analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in a third language will be an advantage
