Our client is a global MLM organization, offering health, nutrition, and lifestyle products through a strong network of independent distributors, with a focus on business growth, training, and long-term partner development.
What We're Looking For :
This role focuses on supporting and developing strategic distributor accounts by acting as a business advisor. The position helps partners improve performance, achieve growth targets, and expand their business through data-driven insights, coaching, and structured planning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and support key distributor accounts to build strong partnerships and drive sustainable business growth
- Analyze performance data and provide recommendations to improve sales results, recruitment, retention, and overall account performance
- Develop customized action plans and guide distributors to achieve business goals and growth targets
- Maintain regular communication and provide ongoing business consultation and performance monitoring
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure distributor success
- Record account activities and monitor performance through CRM and internal reporting tools
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account, Sales, or Commercial roles
- Background in MLM / Direct Selling, Life Insurance, Retail Pharmacies, or distributor-based businesses is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Willing to travel frequently
- Experience advising key accounts using sales data and performance metrics is highly preferred
