Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and customers especially wholesale bakery shops, cafe and restaurants.
  • Drive sales growth by developing Food Service customers within the assigned territory and managing key accounts to achieve agreed sales targets, including volume, revenue, and other KPIs.
  • Execute company sales strategies, promotional programs, commercial policies, and new product development (NPD) initiatives.
  • Plan and implement in-store and on-site customer activities to enhance product visibility, distribution, and sales performance.
  • Organize workshops, customer engagement programs, and business development activities to strengthen long-term partnerships and deliver sustainable year-on-year growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective execution and market coverage.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities; analyze business opportunities and challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases and provide timely sales forecasts, activity updates, and performance reports.
  • Attend regular sales meetings and business reviews at the head office.

Person Profile / Experience / Skills / Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing customers in the Food Service channel, particularly within Route-to-Market (RTM) operations.
  • Strong knowledge of the Food Service industry, Route-to-Market strategies, and wholesale bakery business would be an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to work extensively in upcountry areas.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse customer portfolio, including wholesalers, airlines, hotels, cafés, chain restaurants, and online food service operators.
  • Strong leadership, project management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly mobile and able to travel frequently to upcountry locations.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle is required.
