Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Key Account Manager/ Assistant Market Intelligence Manager to lead our growth in the tissue category across Thailand. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in key account management and e-commerce management, will be value added if with exposure to B2B channels such as Away-from-Home or HORECA channel and Private Label segments. A strong foundation in trade marketing development is essential. Prior experience in the tissue product category will be considered a significant advantage.
You will play an essential role to:
- Develop and implement strategies to support business growth in the tissue category in Thailand.
- Manage and grow Distributor sales revenue, direct key accounts, including retail and e-commerce platforms, to drive sales performance and gain market share.
- Collaborate with Key accounts and agency on trade marketing implementation & on-ground activation in driving effective in-store and digital campaigns.
- Solicit capable distributors include e- distributor and AFH distributor to expand business potential
- Conduct competitor analysis, pricing studies, and category reviews to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
To be successful in this application, you will need to have:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience in FMCG industry.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and leveraging insights to drive sales strategies.
- Demonstrated expertise in key account management with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
