Position
Assistant Legal Manager
Personal Qualification
- Undertake company corporate legal works.
- Draft, negotiate or review contracts and various legal documents.
- Prepare, review courts documents, and represent the company in the courts.
- Handle the registration of all company registration, registration of legal work with the government agencies (e.g., Department of Business Development, Department of Land).
- Prepare memos and reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or higher in Law.
- At least 3-5 years of experience with litigation experience.
- Lawyer's license.
- Strong knowledge in Labour, Corporate and Commercial, Real Estate.
- Excellent in English both written and spoken.
