Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangkok for an Assistant Legal Manager. The Assistant Legal Manager will handle daily legal operations, draft and review contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risks. Additional responsibilities include advising internal stakeholders on legal matters, supporting dispute resolution, monitoring changes in relevant legal frameworks, and maintaining proper documentation of legal activities.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Contract Drafting, Reviewing, and Negotiating
  • Strong understanding of Compliance Management and Risk Mitigation
  • Experience in Regulatory Analysis, Legal Research, and Policy Interpretation
  • Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills, with the ability to provide clear legal advice
  • Organizational Skills and attention to detail in Documentation and Record-Keeping
  • A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) and admission to a recognized bar association
  • Prior experience in corporate legal counsel or law firm practice is preferred
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, especially in English and Thai, is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
