Job Description
- Set and manage the annual budget for the Sales Coordinator team
- Ensure smooth operations and effective budget control
- Support Sales Coordinator and Sales Support teams to increase production volume and manpower targets
- Prepare and present expense reports, summaries, and problemsolution analyses to the Head of Agency Audit & Budget Management
- Develop and implement new processes to improve productivity
- Oversee procurement activities with focus on cost-effectiveness and regular requirement reviews
- Verify and analyze sales activities and performance in line with TAB structure; provide recommendations to management
- Review and improve sales processes/workflows; propose solutions for efficiency
- Create operation manuals and GA management guidelines for distributors to standardize processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in an audit/compliance related field in financial services or insurance
- Strong financial planning and budgeting expertise
- Analytical skills for sales performance evaluation and process improvement
- Capable to analyze, strategy planning, budget and activity management in efficiency way
- Ability to develop operational guidelines and standardize processes
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Be able to travel across Thailand including upcountry
