Job Description

Support end-to-end operations of online exclusive products, including SKU creation, system updates, and product listing accuracy
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to collect product information, pricing, and required documents
Prepare and maintain reports related to sales, margin, stock, and basic performance tracking
Assist in promotion setup and campaign execution (pricing upload, mechanics alignment, timeline tracking)
Ensure accuracy of product data, pricing, and content across platforms
Support contract documentation and ensure all supplier records and T&C are properly maintained
Monitor order flow, returns, and cancellations, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues
Track stock availability and support demand planning with basic data updates
Follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks and deliverables
Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the merchandising team

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or above
1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, merchandising, admin, or related fields
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data handling and reporting
Good coordination and communication skills with internal teams and external partners
Basic analytical skills with the ability to support reporting on sales, stock, and performance
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Responsible, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks
Familiarity with marketplace or platform-based business (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) is a plus
Basic English proficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
