Job Brief
The successful candidate will report to Leader, Category Management TH and be responsible for all
scope of category marketing management of our product in Thailand. This will involve gathering of
local insights - identifying, leading and sharing of local market landscape, competitors and
opportunities with the regional function to establish a stronger product roadmap for future sustainable
growth.
- Drive and Deliver a strong generation plan, aligned with Regional product team
- Full category management with PL responsibilities
- Define the appropriate communication and marketing strategy to drive the growth of each
category
Job Responsibilities
- Category Management; drive category with working across on product, channel to reach target
- Monitor and analyze competitor, promotion and market movement
- Own NPD launch (planning for GTM process)
- Working closely with Project Sales team to develop commercial strategies to deal with B2B dealers, developers and A&D (Architects and Designers).
- Be center of expertise leading commercial related issues (for example LEED and sustainability) and develop purposeful packages for project sales pitching.
- Additional tasks as per assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Preferable 3-5 experiences in product category and strategic business analysis in a multinational organization.
- Familiar with Matrix Organization
- Experienced in the complex product development with the broaden ranges of SKUs.
- Demonstrated Planning, business effectiveness, analysis, negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent command of English skills
- Ability to balance strategic and systematic thinking with operational implementation
- Ability to plan, prioritize and drive growth.
- A mature and energetic individual who is hands-on and has excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong Leadership, coaching and strategy implementation, interpersonal communications and customer oriented is a must.
- Commercial oriented with strong Analytical skill (product, competitor, promotion and market)
- Strong passion in driving the growth and profitability of the category
- Be active, proactive, passionate and work with highest integrity value.
- Possess presentation skills to key stakeholders.
