Job Purpose -
To support revenue growth and expand Mankind Pharma's international presence by out-licensing company owned dossiers, dossiers under development and approved MA s to strategic partners in EU, UK and EM. Maximize profitability through structured IL fees and achievement of defined sales KPIs.
Key Responsibilities -
- Creating business growth opportunities by monetizing Mankind Pharma's proprietary product pipeline through out-licensing to B2B partners across emerging markets (excluding US and India).
- Leading commercial negotiations and independently closing out-licensing deals, including License and Supply Agreements, Technology Transfer Agreements, and Profit Share Models.
- Developing and presenting business cases for out-licensing opportunities, including financial modeling (P&L), product positioning, pricing strategy, and sales projections.
- Supporting cross-functional teams (Regulatory, IP, RA, R&D, Supply Chain, Legal, QA/QC) for technical due diligence, ensuring dossier readiness and smooth knowledge/tech transfer to licensees .
- Tracking and driving performance of out-licensed products against commercial KPIs; identifying new geographies and partners for existing IL assets to further unlock value.
- Owning the Out-licensing portfolio, periodically reviewing market feedback, optimizing deal structures, and ensuring maximum revenue realization via IL fees and long-term sales-based licensing models
Requisite for the role -
- 2-4 years of experience in business development in regulated international markets
- Master's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing or International Business
- Should be proficient in analyzing market data (IQVIA, country-level trends), conducting commercial due diligence, pricing analysis, and opportunity assessments, and understanding of regulatory pathways, dossier formats (CTD), and product lifecycle in SRA markets)
