Role Description

The Assistant Manager, Digital Revenue & Performance supports the execution of the resort's e-commerce, digital marketing, and online distribution strategies. The role is responsible for assisting in driving direct booking growth, enhancing online visibility, optimizing digital channels, and supporting commercial initiatives through performance analysis and digital marketing activities.

The role will work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to maximize online revenue opportunities and support the resort's commercial objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Digital Strategy

  • Support the development and implementation of the resort's e-Commerce strategy.
  • Drive direct booking production through website, booking engine and digital acquisition channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve online revenue performance and digital market share.
  • Recommend new digital initiatives and technologies to enhance commercial performance.

Digital Marketing & Performance Media

  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display, Retargeting and other digital campaigns.
  • Develop country-specific campaigns targeting key source markets.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROAS, CPA and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate external digital agencies and media partners.

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Manage website content, booking engine performance and user experience.
  • Monitor website traffic, booking conversion and guest behavior.
  • Coordinate SEO and content optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure all digital content remains accurate and up to date.

Distribution & OTA Management

  • Support online distribution strategy in partnership with Revenue Management.
  • Monitor OTA performance, visibility and content quality.
  • Identify opportunities to increase direct bookings and reduce OTA dependency.
  • Manage online channel content and promotional activities.

Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Analyze booking trends, source markets and channel performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly commercial performance reports.
  • Monitor competitor digital activities and market trends.
  • Conduct ROI analysis for all digital marketing campaigns.

CRM & Guest Acquisition

  • Execute email marketing campaigns and guest segmentation initiatives.
  • Support loyalty and repeat guest marketing programs.
  • Monitor database growth and campaign performance.

Ancillary Revenue Support

  • Support digital campaigns for Spa, F&B, Recreation and Villa Experiences.
  • Drive outlet promotions and seasonal campaigns through digital channels.
  • Identify opportunities to increase ancillary revenue through guest engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in Hotel E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, or Online Distribution.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, OTA platforms, hotel booking engines, AI tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience managing digital agencies and marketing budgets.
