Assistant Manager Engineering for Dipped Products (Thailand) Ltd
Dipped Products PLC seeks a dynamic, results-oriented individual to be recruited as an Assistant Manager Engineering for operations based in Thailand.
Job Responsibilities
- Leadership to the Engineering team - comprises different nationalities
- Ensure high reliability of all plants and service units
- Planning and implementing preventive and shutdown maintenance for manufacturing lines and equipment
- Coordinating with production and other operations
- Confer with Sri Lankan operations /management
- Oversee key capital expenditure projects and develop strategies, cost estimates, and implementation plans.
- Provide training to the Staff and motivate them to achieve organization goals.
- Maintain Occupational Health & safety of the organization
Person's Profile
- Candidates must be willing to reside in Thailand.
- BSc. Engineering degree preferably with 5 year experience or NDT with 7 years experience
- Extensive knowledge and hands on experience on Thermic Fluid Heaters will be a mandatory requirement
- Possess strong working knowledge of generators, air compressors, chillers, and both hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in industrial operations.
- Knowledge of Energy Management systems
- Ability to work well in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to drive the team to achieve set targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Automation & PLC control systems would be added qualification
