Key Responsibility:
- Providing support in relation to Finance business users, data product enhancements, automation initiatives, and new system developments by understanding business requirements and operational pain points.
- Translate business requirements, business problems, and Finance process needs into BI, data analytics, ETL, dashboard, or automation solutions.
- Lead and facilitate requirement gathering meetings with Finance users, clarify business objectives, document requirements, and coordinate with related stakeholders to ensure proper solution design and delivery.
- Evaluate existing Finance business processes, anticipate requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical solutions to improve process efficiency, data accuracy, and management reporting.
- Support data transformation and ETL activities by preparing, cleaning, validating, and transforming data from multiple sources using tools such as Python, SQL, Pandas, Power Query, Power BI, and Databricks.
- Consolidate data for reporting, dashboard updates, and project analysis. Identify patterns, trends, data quality issues, and improvement opportunities in data sets, and define new data collection or data preparation processes where required.
- Develop analytical reports, Power BI dashboards, and management information reports to solve business problems and provide actionable insights to relevant business users, Finance teams, and leadership teams.
- Provide insight analysis of financial and operational performance to support Finance leadership in decision-making, performance tracking, process improvement, and long-term planning.
- Coordinate with Finance users, IT team, Data team, and cross-functional stakeholders to support project implementation, UAT, issue resolution, user sign-off, and go-live readiness.
- Promote strong teamwork within the unit and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth, digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and process efficiency.
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis, dashboard enhancement, data extraction, automation support, and special projects as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Developer, or Finance Transformation Analyst.
- Finance / Accounting, Retail, FMCG, ERP, data transformation, and Thai/English communication experience preferred.
- Requirement gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, documentation, and meeting facilitation.
- Python, SQL, Pandas, Power Query, Power BI, Excel, DAX, data modeling, ETL, and data validation.
- Databricks, data warehouse, Oracle/ERP, RPA, Power Automate, or workflow automation is an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, analyze complex data, and communicate with business and technical teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, service-minded, positive attitude, strong ownership, and good teamwork.
