Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Finance to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in account reconciliation, GST & TDS compliance, and vendor management within the eCommerce industry (mandatory). This role requires excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Perform invoice booking and pass accurate accounting entries.
• Handle end-to-end marketplace accounting for platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other eCommerce marketplaces.
• Reconcile marketplace payouts and settlements with internal records.
• Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally.
• Perform vendor and customer account reconciliations.
• Assist in GST-related accounting, reconciliations, and compliance activities.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records and support month-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for accounting-related queries.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Experience in invoice processing and accounting entries.
• Mandatory experience in marketplace accounting (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Good understanding of marketplace payout reconciliation processes.
• Hands-on experience working with Tally.
• Knowledge of GST and indirect taxation preferred.
• Experience in vendor and customer reconciliations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
