About the Role
Our client is seeking a high-caliber and proactive finance professional to join their team as Assistant Manager – GL & Reporting. This is a pivotal role within a well-established and large-scale organization currently undergoing a strategic corporate transformation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen accounting functions and ensure excellence in financial reporting.

Salary Range: 60,000 – 90,000 THB (Based on Experience)
Location: Bangkok
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the General Ledger (GL) functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and consolidated reports in compliance with TFRS.
- Lead the reporting process to the Finance Manager and CFO, providing insightful financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Assist in improving internal controls and streamlining accounting workflows for better efficiency.
- Support tax-related matters and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
- Direct experience from a Big 4 Audit firm is highly preferred.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in Accounting/Auditing (Experience in Retail or Services is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of TFRS and financial reporting standards.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)as you will work closely with senior management and potentially regional stakeholders.
- Proven leadership skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- CPD license is required; a CPA license is a plus.
