Assistant HR Manager-Compensation & Benefits

The Opportunity

At HThai (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (H&M Thailand), we are seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager-Compensation & Benefits to join our dynamic team. As our Assistant HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring that we attract, retain and motivate top talent. This is a full-time position based in Bangkok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's business objectives and industry best practices
  • Analyse market trends and benchmarking data to ensure our compensation packages are aligned with the industry
  • Manage the administration of payroll, bonuses, and other employee benefits
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and provide recommendations on compensation and benefits strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments and performance-based bonuses
  • Provide training and guidance to managers on compensation and benefits policies and procedures
  • Continuously assess and improve the company's compensation and benefits offerings to enhance employee satisfaction and retention

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry
  • Thorough understanding of Thai labour laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
  • Proficient in data analysis, budgeting, and financial modelling to support compensation and benefits decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
