Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure HR strategies are aligned with operational goals, focusing on workforce planning and organizational design. Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, engagement, performance management, and offboarding processes. Champion employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Provide HR business partnering support to managers, aiding in performance management, employee development, and succession planning. Offer guidance on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance handling. Ensure adherence to Singapore employment regulations and internal policies through documentation and audits. Support compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews and bonus planning. Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to roll out corporate HR initiatives. Assist in change management efforts related to business transformations or process enhancements. Maintain precise HR data and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering. In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and cultivate trusted relationships across functions. Experience in managing employee relations with sound judgment and discretion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to engage diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights. Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment. Experience supporting regional or multinational HR operations. Background in transformation or change management initiatives is advantageous. Familiarity with HR systems and digital tools. Experience in talent development, succession planning, and leadership coaching. Understanding of global HR frameworks within a multinational organization with matrix reporting.
