Assistant Manager, IT Infrastructure and Implementation

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT professional to support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure across corporate and property operations. This role is responsible for system deployment, network and infrastructure support, configuration management, automation initiatives, and ensuring operational stability and security standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, and capable of managing infrastructure projects while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. The role also participates in IT incident response, system auditing, process improvement, and technical support for both head office and hotel properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead IT infrastructure and system implementation projects
• Manage deployment and configuration of network and IT systems
• Maintain system standards, procedures, and documentation
• Automate deployment and operational tasks where possible
• Support infrastructure audits and configuration baseline reviews
