This role blends tactical training delivery (L&D) with high-level organizational design, culture building, and talent management (OD) to align people strategies with business goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Facilitation & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills for delivering training and working with senior stakeholders.
Tools & Technology: Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools, and MS Excel.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of instructional design models, OD principles, and adult learning theories
Mandatory Skills
