Assistant Manager/ Manager, Investment & Research

We're looking for a commercially minded professional to support investment, business development, and growth initiatives through market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll evaluate development opportunities, assess market trends, and provide the insights that help shape land acquisition, investment, and development decisions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, analysing opportunities, and turning data into actionable business recommendations.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis for potential developments
• Perform feasibility studies and financial modelling for development opportunities
• Evaluate land acquisition, JV, and investment opportunities
• Analyse market trends, demand patterns, pricing, and supply dynamics
• Prepare investment papers, business cases, and management presentations
• Support due diligence exercises and opportunity assessments
• Maintain market intelligence, development benchmarks, and research databases
• Conduct site visits and on-ground assessments where required

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Property Development, Business, or a related discipline
• Experience in investment analysis, research, corporate planning, business development, valuation, property consultancy, or property development
• Strong financial modelling and feasibility analysis skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
• Commercially aware with a good understanding of property market dynamics
• Strong Excel and presentation skills
• Curious, resourceful, and naturally driven to understand how opportunities create value
