About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications to lead brand marketing initiatives in Singapore while supporting selected E&E Group marketing projects across the region.
You will drive integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing, events, lead generation, and content development while working closely with brand principals, sales teams, partners, and internal stakeholders.
You will also collaborate with the marketing team members and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Manage product launches, events, exhibitions, seminars, customer engagement activities, and lead generation campaigns.
Develop marketing content including EDMs, social media, website content, campaign materials, and sales collateral.
Manage digital marketing activities including Google Ads, paid media, websites, landing pages, and campaign analytics.
Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, and marketing claims.
Collaborate with brand partners, sales teams, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Support E&E Group corporate branding, digital marketing, events, and strategic marketing projects.
Coordinate project timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
Lead and collaborate with the marketing team members while contributing to continuous process improvements.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years in marketing experience, preferably in B2B, technology,professional AV, systems integration, or a related industry.
Strong experience in integrated marketing, digital marketing, events, social media, EDMs, paid advertising, and lead generation.
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, content development, and organisational skills.
Experience managing marketing budgets and analysing campaign performance.
Proactive, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office experience with CMS, email marketing platforms, digital advertising platforms, and design tools is an advantage.
Willing to travel occasionally for events and regional marketing activities.
