Role: Assistant Manager, Marketing Operation (Chinese speaking)
Client: A Global technology company
Period: 12 Months Extendable Contract
Location: BTS Chong Nonsi
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end marketing operations in Thailand and other emerging markets.
- Create and execute the country's B2B and B2C marketing strategy and plans to support regional business objectives and goals.
- Leverage market insights, user insights and data analytics to plan, execute and track online and offline marketing campaigns to support merchant and user acquisition, revenue and retention.
- Support Key Account Management to help business partners grow across different categories in SEA, responsible for offer negotiation, campaign execution and business results delivery.
- Support inbound wallets transaction growth with plans and execution through merchant collaboration and resources negotiation both internally and externally.
- Day-to-day operation including campaign configuration, content management, and partners management.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing;
- 3-5 years experience in campaign operations or project management, experience in a consumer facing internet/fintech industry is preferred;
- Familiar with Thailand market landscape and tourist behaviour. Familiar with social media environment and marketing dynamics is a plus;
- Able to prioritize work while multi-tasking;
- Flexible team player who thrives in fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment;
- Both strategic, analytical, and hands-on, adaptive to change and resilient to work dynamics;
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint is preferred;
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Chinese. Proficiency in Thai and English is preferred.
