Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pathum Thani for an Assistant Manager at McDonald's Thailand (McThai Co., Ltd.). The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain workplace safety. Key responsibilities include managing and training team members, ensuring food quality standards, optimizing operational efficiency, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the restaurant manager in achieving business goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
