Assistant Manager – Own Brand & Food Retailers Communication

• Develop and implement strategic content plans for communication related to Makro own brand products and FR campaigns.
• Assist in creating detailed content calendars and ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and product launches.
• Assist in planning and execution of events and launches, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Managing communications and work with vendors, KOLs, and agencies to create the marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
• Execute all marketing materials across omni-channel (ATL, BTL).
• Analyze market data and consumer feedback to craft targeted communication strategies that enhance brand positioning and address market opportunities.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure content creation aligns with strategic plans and meets brand standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that communications are integrated with product development, operations, and other key areas.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and strategies through data analysis and metrics tracking.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing communication, preferably in the retail/wholesales or consumer goods sector.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, high attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Strong knowledge of content development
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively in developing marketing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good command of English
